Who we are?

Rosewood Homes builds up-scale custom, semi-custom and portfolio plans for new home buyers and has built beautiful homes in Aberdeen, Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club, Eagle Harbor, River Hills Reserve at Fleming Island Plantation, and Eagle Landing at OakLeaf Plantation's as well as Queen's Harbor Yacht and Country Club. Rosewood Homes also builds on individually owned home sites.
